Staff Policies
It is our expectation that Georgia Teen Institute Staff members follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Policy Handbook. All staff should be familiar with the handbook prior to the beginning of the program. Any questions regarding staff policies should be directed to gtistaff@guideinc.org. Staff Development Weekend 1
Most of our Youth and Young Adult Staff, and some of our Adult Staff, are required to attend Staff Development Weekend 1 (SDW1), which will be held April 12-14, 2024 at Camp Twin Lakes in Rutledge, GA. Required attendance at SDW1 will depend on the roles the individual will be filling. This requirement will be communicated during the interview process.
Staff Development Weekend 2 and GTI
All staff are required to attend Staff Development Weekend 2 (SDW2), which will be held June 6-9, 2024 at Oxford College. GTI will be held June 10-14, 2024.
