In June 2019, GUIDE is conducting its 31st annual Georgia Teen Institute (GTI) for Youth Action Teams across the state of Georgia. Our theme this summer is “The Power of One,” and as such, we are excited to encourage youth and adult participants to consider how one person, one team, one action or one project can create positive community change.
We are looking for dynamic presenters to empower our participants with knowledge and skills to take back to their schools and communities as they seek opportunities to be catalysts for change. We have several workshop sessions available for middle school youth, high school youth and adults. We would love for you to come to Oxford College, conduct a workshop, have lunch with us and see what the GTI magic is all about!
Workshop topics should be related to underage drinking prevention, youth leadership, health, wellness, safety, skill building, life skills training or similar topics. If you have questions about what would be appropriate for the workshop sessions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Our firm deadline for submitting proposals is Friday, April 19, 2019 at 5 pm.
