Become a Georgia Teen Institute Volunteer
Each year during March through June, our amazing volunteers dedicate countless hours to Georgia Teen Institute. Our volunteers are the reason for the success of GTI. We could not hold our programs without them. They run Family Groups, teach workshops, facilitate Team Meetings and do zillions of behind the scenes jobs. They work 24-7 while at GTI – and are the greatest group of youth and adults that the state of Georgia has to offer! We continue to expand the opportunities for mature volunteer staff involvement by offering volunteer positions to those individuals who would like to join us at GTI, or with our organization, GUIDE.
Volunteering for GTI doesn’t have to be just at GTI. There are numerous volunteer opportunities and several different roles or positions available throughout the year. By volunteering with GUIDE you are also supporting the year-round efforts that are dedicated to the GTI program. GUIDE has opportunities in the office, at training events or in the prevention field that all align with GTI’s mission.
Do you have a special skill, resource or talent that would support our prevention and youth leadership efforts? We would love for you to join our team of volunteers! Please fill out the volunteer application below to find out about upcoming opportunities today!

Present a Workshop at Georgia Teen Institute
We are looking for dynamic presenters to empower our participants with knowledge and skills to take back to their schools and communities as they seek opportunities to be catalysts for change. Workshop topics should be related to underage drinking prevention, youth leadership, health, wellness, safety, skill building, life skills training or similar topics. If you are interested in presenting, please email Mary Kate Chapman at email@example.com.
